Foundation of acp – advanced clean production GmbH as a spin-off of the Stuttgart-based Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA)

2001

ecotec has established itself as a manufacturer of automatic systems for electromechanical products in automotive and electrical engineering: cycle time 3 seconds, complex production systems.

2002

acp GmbH for the first time supplies automated CO2 snow blasting applications for the selective cleaning of highly sensitive high-tech products.

2004

Takeover of ecotec GmbH by ACI and renaming of ecotec GmbH to ACI ecoTec GmbH & Co. KG
